Outcomes

Outcomes are the important results of an activity. These are often longer-term than the direct outputs, often the effects on people, communities, environment or the economy. Outcomes are the key to setting out the theory that you will be testing – about how your activities contribute to positive (or negative!) changes. They can be different for different people.*
